Background Paper:

Borge Wietzke and Andy Sumner researched the drastic expansion of the new middle classes in middle-income developing countries. One of the easiest ways to get into the city of Bonn from Cologne/Bonn-Airport is the Airport-Bus. It is driving to and from the airport every 30 minutes and stops at Bonn main station from where you can easily connect to the conference centre.
